At Outbound Apparel, we want you to feel confident in every purchase. Because our products are printed to order, each item is made especially for you. Below is our policy regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds.
1. Returns & Exchanges
Because our products are printed to order we do not accept returns. However, you may request a exchange within 7 days of delivery if your item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from what you ordered.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for items ordered in the wrong size, color, or design if the product matches your order. Please review our size charts carefully before purchasing.
2. Refunds
Because our products are printed to order we do not issue refunds.
Only after our attempt to correct the issue with a replacement will a refund be issued if the item is still not delivered as you ordered.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
3. Incorrect or Damaged Orders
If you receive an incorrect or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll replace the item at no additional cost.
4. Non-Returnable Items
Gift cards, final sale items, and customized products cannot be returned or refunded.
5. How to Receive Additional Help
Email us at support@outboundapparel.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue and we will get back to you the same business day to assist with your request.
