What sizes do you offer?

We carry sizes from S to 3XL on most products. Each item includes a detailed size chart to help you find the right fit. If you’re between sizes, we recommend sizing up for extra comfort.

How long does shipping take?

Since our products are printed to order, production usually takes 2–5 business days. Once shipped, most U.S. orders arrive within 5–10 business days. International orders may take longer depending on location.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to most countries. Delivery times and shipping costs vary by country and will be shown at checkout. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs fees or import duties. If you have a VAT or Customs Duty Number you would like us to use please provide that info at checkout.

Can I return or exchange my order?

Because our products are printed to order we do not offer returns. However if your item arrives defective, has the incorrect design, you can request a exchange within 7 days of delivery. Because each piece is made-to-order, please review our size charts carefully before placing your order.

What makes your apparel sustainable?

All Outbound Apparel products are printed to order, which means we only produce what you order, helping reduce waste and overproduction.
